She was born in Villa Sinda, Dominican Republic to Miguel Lora and Tomasina Erickson Lora on August 24, 1930. She married Ramon Andres Garcia on December 25, 1954.
Nidia is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ramon and her adoring daughter, Betty.
Her extraordinary Faith in God was an example to all and gave her the strength to endure all of life's challenges with a smile and belief that God was in control of all things.
Nidia was a wonderful mother to six beautiful children, Ramon, Miguel, Betty, Lorenzo, Anilda and Edward. She also had eleven grandchildren who cherished her, Michael, Gabriella, Nico, Ricky, Andy, Zachary, Jaden, James, Camila, Carolina and Luke.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 12th from 12pm-2pm at Fred Hunter Hollywood Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024.
Committal will follow at 2:30PM at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North Cemetery, 3001 N. 72nd Avenue, Hollywood 33024
