O'Rourke, Norman Francis, 63, passed away on March 22, 2013. Norman was a Broward prosecutor and private attorney for more than 30 years, best known professionally for pursuing civil cases to keep convicted sexual predators locked up under Florida's Jimmy Ryce Act. He is survived by his brother Tom, sister Madeline and nephew John. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, P.O.
