Orlando R. Diaz, resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away on September 2, 2009 at Florida Medical Center. Orlando was born in Guantanamo, Cuba on August 17 1956. He came to the United States on October 1,1969 along with his parents Orlando and Martha Diaz and brothers Carlos, Raul and Jorge. He graduated Chelsea High School in Chelsea Massachusetts in 1976 and attended Brandeis University before joining US Airways in 1978 where he met countless of friends and co-workers through out the world. He will be greatly missed by his parents and brothers Raul and Jorge. Our only solace is he will reunited with his brother Carlos in heaven. Carlos passed away on April 23, 2002. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service in Fort Lauderdale , FL on September 19,2009 at 1pm at the Sunshine Cathedral MCC. Flowers will be accepted Friday the 18, and Saturday till 12 noon at MCC Cathedral ,http://www.sunshinecathedral.org/ in lieu of flowers, donations can be made under Orlando's name to the MCC Church
