Otilio Garcia Rosario, 86, of Hollywood passed away May 23, 2014. Otilio was born April 27, 1928 in Manati, Puerto Rico to Otilio Garcia and Lorenza Garcia (Tirado) Rosario. Formerly of Long Island, New York, he has lived in south Florida since 1972.
Otilio owned and operated Rossi Amusements in south Florida for many years.
Survivors include his children, Valerie Maria Mackaben (Daniel) of Lawrenceville, Georgia; Daira Rosario Klas (Joseph Cirincione) of Hollywood, Florida and Abdel Zaaid Rosario of San Diego, California; grandchildren, Kevin, Shannon and Sarah; brothers, Udeth Rosario and Harry Rosario, both of Fort Myers, Florida; and sisters, Raquel Vazquez and Irma Munoz, both of Puerto Rico.
Otilio was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gwelmo Rosario.
Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m. with the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Gardens Home, 6301 Taft Street in Hollywood. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth.
