Paula Sue Whitney

Paula Sue Whitney January 28, 1947 ~ April 23, 2021

Paula Sue was born in Tillamook Oregon. Paula Sue’s passion was her two sons and her grandchildren. Carrying her passion for children into her profession, Paula Sue worked as a school teacher in Missouri and Florida teaching primary grades. On August 23, 1968, Paula Sue married the love of her life Stephen in St. Joseph, Missouri and they were happily married for 51 amazing years. Paula Sue enjoyed watching her sons and her 5 grandchildren sing, dance, act, play various sports, and loved showing off her Navy attire to represent her oldest grandson’s service in the United States Navy.

Paula Sue will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Virginia Clay, her brother, John (Candy) and her sons, Jeffrey (Shelley) and Clay (Janet). Paula Sue will also be fondly remembered by her five grandchildren, Tristan (Sallie), Matthew, Timothy, Abigail and Nathan. Paula Sue was predeceased by her Beloved Stephen and her father Paul Clay.
