Pearl Shores, 96, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2021 at home surrounded by family. Pearl was born to William and Bertie Cook of Elk Park, North Carolina on March 15, 1925. She completed high school and married Wayne Shores in 1946. They had 3 children: Chuck Shores, Kyle Brooks and Lyle Gruosso. Lyle passed away in 2012. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren (Eric, Tina and Jenny) and 2 great grandchildren (Brittney and Kylie). She was a loving mother, grandma and great grandma to all. She worked hard all her life to support and provide for her family and remains beloved by all who knew her.
