Cyril was a beloved husband to Olive Persaud, a wonderful father to Lily Persaud, Keith Wilkinson and Usha McClinton, brother to Sase, Radica, Monica, Jai, Devica and the late Arjune. He will be greatly missed as a grandfather to Benny, Michael, Auriel, Ariana and Amani and great-grandfather to Emmanuel Joseph.
He leaves behind a great sadness within his community and a devotee of Shri Saraswati Devi Mandir.
