Priscila Martinez De La Riva

 Priscilla Susanna Martinez De La Riva, 60 years old, of Bal Harbour, FL, passed away on April 23rd, 2022. Priscilla was born in Venezuela on June 1st, 1961 and enjoyed living her life to the fullest. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and daughter and a great friend to everyone. God has redeemed and taken to Himself in heaven after a long serious illness.

Our hearts wanted to hold you with all our love, but our minds had to let you go, for your strength was at an end and your redemption a mercy. Although we all want you to rest, our hearts are full of great sorrow. Seeing you suffer and not being able to help - that was the greatest pain of all for us.

God looked into His garden and saw a vacant place.

Then he looked down to the earth and saw your tired face.

He saw your suffering, he saw your pain.

He saw that your path was getting heavy, that it was too heavy to go on.

He closed your tired eyes and gave you his peace.

He put his arm around your shoulders and lifted you up to rest in his heavenly kingdom.

Loved ones remain in our thoughts forever, for they leave traces in our hearts.

They are always with us in every second of our lives and live on in our memories. Think of me and do not be sad, rather tell about me and our happy years together and dare to laugh. Leave me a place in your midst, as I had it in life. So let me sleep, give me peace, and cover me with more love than tears.
