A cousin by birth...a sister in spirit...a comfort in times of sorrow and stress. Roseann will be dearly missed for the joy and laughter she had brought into my life. I can't think of a pleasant memory in my childhood that didn't have Roseann in it. I will miss Roseann terribly, but I'm also blessed for having had her in my life. Roseann was my oldest friend. I was 4 and she was 5. Wew lived one house apart in the Bronx. During our elementary school years, I spent many days after school at her home. Being the eldest in her family, Roseann took care of her younger siblings, Richard and Carol, since her parents worked very long hours. After high school Roseann worked as a model. We then lost touch when she moved to Florida. We were reunited 24 years ago. It is with great admiration for her as she relentlessly took care of Pete and was determined not to place him in a nursing home. She achieved her goal in spite of her poor health. She now has her reward in heaven. Roseann, please look after us.

Roseann, We won't forget you and Pete at all those wonderful evenings we all had fun celebrating different holidays at your sister Carol and Ric's home. It was always a pleasure helping you with your investments and I was thankful for the trust you always had in me. You will be missed by all your friends and family especially your sister Carol who always loved you so much.

Roseann has been my neighbor for the pass 8 years.She was a loving and kind person,In the evenings Roseann would come to the backward with her dog BEBO to play ball games with him .There we would sit for hours talking and sometimes watching my grand daughters play also.When Roseann became ill was there for her I would help her in any way I could ,doing errands ,taking out the garbage,also doing her dresssing, she would never complain about anything.I will always miss you Roseann and Pete who pass on first.I am thankfull to God for times we spent as neigbhors/friend. May your soul find rest at Jesus feet.

Roseann, you will be missed. I am so glad i got to know you thru your sister Carol. I will always remember the special times we all had together. I will never forget last Thanksgiving when Roseann and her sister Carol came over for dinner. When we went around the table and everyone said what they were thankful for and Roseann said she was thankful for her wonderful sister Carol. It will always be remembered as a very special Thanksgiving! Roseann would always love and appreciate all of my cooking and it was such a pleasure to cook for her!! I will always have fond memories and thoughts.

Roseanne was a very special friend for many years . Her loving spirit is a lasting memory for all who knew her. My deepest condolences to her sister Carol who Rosanne loved and cherished. Peace to her spirit.

Roseann, I'm not sure you ever realized how happy I was to have found you and Uncle Pete all those years ago. I am so thankful for the time we had, I do wish we had lived closer to see you more often. I am so glad that my boys got to know you and Uncle Pete, they have both kept up with how Uncle Pete was doing and then how you were doing, they truly loved you both. I am so thankful that Uncle Pete had you and I know that we had many phone conversations of how grateful he was that you loved him so much and how much he loved you. Thank you so much sweet Roseann for continuing to take my phone calls even after Uncle Pete no longer could. I hate it for me that it was so short from the time Uncle Pete passed until you left, I loved the conversations we were now getting to have. I will miss being able to call. I am so glad that God answered all of our prayers that you would be able to take care of Uncle Pete until the end. Please say hi to Uncle Pete for me and rest in peace now Roseann. Carol, I am so sorry for your loss. I know Roseann loved you very much, I know this because you were brought up in many conversations over the years. I am glad she had you through ALL of this, even though I know it must have been (and still is) very hard on you. I am praying many blessings for you for all the care you gave Roseann. I am also praying for comfort and strength as you continue to go through the loss and grief and all the decisions yet to come. I loved your sister very much and am so thankful that I got to know her. As difficult as it is to have you leave us, it is comforting to know that God answered all your prayers. You took care of your beloved Pete to the end of his days, you lived your life as you wanted, trusting God to provide comfort and support. Marie Kelly on August 15, 2017Your friendship was a wonderful experience enjoyed in my life! Over 25 years of moments in time, both happy and sad, were shared making for very heartwarming memories. Having officially retired and relocated, my husband and I reached out to meet new acquaintances venturing towards mutual pleasures. Cruise ships, casino gambling, and horse racing among the favorites, but due to the aging process, bingo became the ultimate pastime! You and I were the last of the original players, giving us those last ten years shared in this pastime as a vivid and cherished memory for me today! I thank GOD each day for the beautiful gift of you as a dear friend!Carol, now is the time for healing after all the heartbreaking support offered to Roseann for her comfort right to the end. You must also realize a lifetime of warm remembrances shared with her, as well as the devotion of each in the many crises of family living.
