

Born in Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn on February 21, 1920, daughter of Augustino and Rose (Giordano) Buttafuoco. Raised and educated in Brooklyn, Tillie and her family later moved to Valley Stream, L.I. New York before moving Hollywood, Florida 35 years ago.
Very active until two weeks ago, Tillie loved to play any kind of card games, Mahjong, visiting the local Casino, where she played black jack and three card poker. She would never play the slots. Other interest included taking cruises with her friends, knitting and cooking. Her family was very much part of her life and she will be sorely missed by all.
Survived by her loving children, Daniel (Christine) Materdomini, Gary Materdomini, Loretta Mazzei and Terry (Leonard) Corton, six grandchildren whom she adored, Jamie (Violet) Mazzei, Damian (Claudia) Materdomini, Chasin Materedomini, Gregory (Lindsay) Materdomini, Brittany (Steve) Mlynar and Cameron Corton. Also survived by seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Dominick Materdomini in 1995.
Visitation on Monday, February 22nd from 5:00 ~ 8:-00 p.m. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 23rd. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Tillie will be laid to rest next to her husband at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
