Samantha was deeply involved in various activities, including traveling, snowboarding, cheerleading, volleyball, and volunteering for causes close to her heart. She received several honors and awards throughout her academic and personal life.
Her adventurous spirit led her to explore the world, studying abroad, embracing art and history, and cherishing moments in museums. Samantha was known for her kindness, her ability to listen, and her unwavering dedication to helping others. She found joy in spending time with children, whether through nannying or coaching gymnastics. Samantha had a zest for life, fearlessly engaging in activities like skydiving and always bringing warmth and laughter wherever she went. She adored the outdoors, whether it was the beach or the mountains, and cherished her time with loved ones, especially during "wine Wednesdays" with her college friends.
Samantha's enchanting spirit often drew parallels to the whimsical world of fairies, where imagination soared and magic danced in the air. Like Tinkerbell, she exuded a radiant energy that left a sparkle wherever she went, captivating hearts with her infectious laughter and boundless optimism. Intrigued by the cosmos, Samantha found solace in astrology, finding comfort and guidance in the alignment of the stars. She saw the universe as a vast tapestry of interconnected energies, each constellation holding its own story waiting to be told. Samantha's love for adventure extended to her fashion choices, where she often found herself “borrowing” her sister's clothing, weaving together outfits that reflected her unique sense of style.
A celebration of Samantha's life will be held on Sunday, June 9, from 1:00-5:00 at Colorado National Golf Club, 2700 Vista Parkway in Erie, Colorado. A gathering for friends and family in Minnesota will be held on Saturday, June 29th, from 1:00-4:00 at Darrell and Teresa Esterly’s home in Rice.
