Sandra Rae O’Reilly, 72 of Davie Florida went to heaven on September 16th, 2022 after a 12-year battle with ovarian cancer.Sandy was born in Washington DC on September 6th, 1950. She graduated from Miami Central High School and is survived by her husband of 56 years, Daniel O’Reilly Sr. Sandra’s life passion was her family. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband, and treasured that she inspired her children and grandchildren to see the world with numerous trips together as a family. She was also an expert cake-decorator and loved baking with her grandchildren during the holidays. She was survived by her Son Daniel O’Reilly Jr and his wife Suzanne with their children Ryan and Brie, and also her Daughter Shannon (O’Reilly) Korshoff and her husband Matt with their children Reilly and Cameron. She is also survived by her Sister Peg Taylor and her husband Rick. The celebration of life will begin at 1:00pm with a ceremony beginning promptly at 2:00pm on September 28th at Fred Hunter Funeral Home at 2401 South University Drive, Davie Florida 33324. A reception for their friends and family will immediately follow.
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital in Sandra Rae O’Reilly memory.
