Sara Cepeda, 86, of Hollywood passed away November 12, 2015. She is survived by her children, German Cepeda, Jr. (Teresa), Carmen Ugas (Joe), William Quinonez (Ariani) and Gilberto Cepeda; 16 grand children and many great grand children.
