I am writing this to express the power and inspiration that my mother gave me. I am the women that I am because of my mother and father. I always wanted to please my parents and show them that I was independent.I remember being with my mother and collecting aluminum cans and soda bottles to receive monies for returns. This was in the 70's when gasoline was super expensive and it was hard to raise a family with five children. She taught me to hustle and to do what it takes to survive. We were able to provide for the family's needs that was untouchable without her ideasThere was an incident that we went to return bottles that were saved in our garage that a contractor never finished the room. So, we had many coca cola bottles in this location. When we went to Winn Dixie, the cashier gave us more than expected. My mother as being an innocent and good person explained that they gave us too much money. The cashier continued to explain in detail that the bottle returned were worth more than before 5 cents to 10 cents. That day we thought we were rich!!! Stella was an amazing women. She was in the PTA, Track Mom, T-Ball Mom and Football Mom she was also very involved with our friends that needed to talk too. My Mom loved to talk!!!!!!Now, I am in this position to provide for my only child and I have regained these techniques. With my mother's and father's excitement of the generating cash that my mother and I made. This has allowed for me to stay home with my baby girl and to spend time with her that I never realized that I could be allowed this privilege.I will miss my parents till thus day forward and the rest of my life. Their comfort, strength, knowledge, and joy of family that radiant life and anyone that came in contact and shared time with our family. I will miss their guidance and love forever and ever!!!!!

Your smile , your kind spirit ... Words can truly not begin to express ... You know how I feel , how my boys feel & I am grateful that we always took the time to tell you how much we adore you. Thank you for all of the love & laughter that you showered upon us in return . My family will forever respect & admire you. La Stella. I love you and am going to miss you very much mom. Thank you for treating me like your own son for all these years. I'm sorry that you're gone but i know you're in a better place now. Some day we will see each other again. I love you and am going to miss you very much. My condolences go out to the Butler family. Uncle Dean if you ever need to talk call me anytime. I'm so sorry for your loss. Love you bro.

I have so many fond memories of growing up in the Butler home. I will miss you so much Stella. You have meant the world to me and my family for so many years. I will always remember all of our long talks, laughs, and love you gave me. I always felt loved by you and I will never forget how much that meant to me. You will forever be in my heart. Heaven has a new angel! Love you Sugarplum!
