Steve, 59, a native of Florida was born in Dade County. He graduated from North Miami where he played football and basketball. He received a football scholarship to the University of Florida where he graduated in 1976 with a degree in finance. He returned to Miami where he was a real estate developer and also property manager for Pappas Properties.
He had a steadfast faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and was used by God to minister in the lives of many. His faith only grew stronger through the trials he endured for many years. "I fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith." II Timothy 4:7
Steve is survived by his precious daughter, Crystal Allison Pappas; his sister, Carolyn; sister-in-law Sherri, nephew, Troy; nieces, Nikki, Kimberly, Joanna, and April; as well as one great-nephew and four great-nieces. He was predeceased by his parents, Gregory and Virginia Pappas and his brother Brian.
