Sue was born in Hagerstown, MD on 5/11/49. She graduated from McArthur High School and continued to receive a bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University.
She worked for FPL for 24 years. Sue enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her former husband and friend, James V. O'Leary, daughter, Bridget O'Leary-Diaz, son-in-law, Fernando Diaz and granddaughter, Alyssa Diaz. She is also survived by other family and dear friends.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents James and Olive Shockley and her brother, Robert Charles Shockley.
