It is with great sadness we heard of the Tom's passing. To Annie, Vero, Carolina and Derek words can not do justice to how you must be feeling or capture the impact that Tom had on so many people around the world.
Your large Australia family whilst we cannot be there with you in person is with you in spirit in this difficult time.
Tom was so welcoming of me into the family and was a father figure to me. The strong bond you have as a family whilst being so far apart is incredible. Tom loved to travel and experience life to its fullest. It is something the whole family has embraced. 
His Australian grand children Dylan and Jade absolutely adored him and loved his playful nature. They like all of us will greatly miss him but will cherish his memories and wisdom for years to come.
In this time of sadness we look forward to the future and embrace life to the fullest just like he did.
A quiet toast to you Tom for all the love, support, warmth and wisdom you have shared over the years. I will do everything to look after Carolina and your beloved family into the future.

We are so very sorry to hear about Tom's death. He was a beautiful, kind soul with a twinkle in his eye. Even though we only saw him a few times over the years, those times were a delight. Your love and support for each other is to be admired, regardless of you being spread around the world. Thinking of you; sending love, hugs and warmth from us here in Sydney.
