Thomas was born in Miami, Florida to Johnath and Eleanor Mitchell on December 30, 1961. He went to school at North Miami High School. He married Renée Mitchell on August 6, 1994 in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. He worked at the Broward Sheriff’s Office for 32 years and retired as Assistant Director of Facilities Management.
Thomas is remembered by his wife, Renée; sons, Tyler and Thomas, Jr.; daughter, Halle; brothers, William and Johnathan; and sisters, Deanna and Patricia.
Viewing will be from 1-3 PM and service will be from 3-4 PM on Monday, November 11, 2024, at Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home in Hollywood, Florida (6301 Taft Street).
