Urbano was a loving, caring, compassionate, kind, generous, loyal, and respectful man who sacrificed so much for his loved ones. Anyone who knew him personally would tell you that he would always leave a smile on your face and an imprint of love on your heart. Loved by many, he had a heart of gold and was the kind of man that would drop everything to help anyone, whether he knew them or not.
During Urbano’s life, he demonstrated value and passion he had for his family. In 1970, he began his career as an auto body shop painter. Through hard work and strong perseverance, he fulfilled his dream by becoming the owner of Father and Son Auto Paint and Body Shop. He was able to purchase his first family home in 1971 where he and his wife raised 9 children.
Urbano was deeply passionate about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was an example to his wife, children and extended family. He taught his children and anyone who crossed his path to seek and love the Lord with all their hearts. His life is a testimony of all the great and wonderful things that God can do in life. Urbano loved to share his favorite bible verse “Jeremiah 33:3” and quoted it several times a day. The verse says, “Call upon me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know”.
Our dad ran the race with perseverance and now he is home in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Although he will be missed by so many, one day we will meet again. This is not “goodbye” but “see you later”.
