Valarie was born in Miami to Stephen and Sharon Israel on November 15, 1969. She graduated from McArthur High School. She married Robert Tarmon on March 9, 1991. She worked as a daycare teacher for Lil’ Rascals for many years.
Valarie is survived by her husband Robert, her sons Cory and Dustin, her sisters Shelly and Sherry and her father Stephen.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 4:30 – 6:30 at Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home.
