Vickye was born in Sandersville, Georgia, to Doris Eagle and John Prosser on February 19, 1933.
She resided in Miami through high school and then married the love of her life, Bobby Hart, in October 1950. They moved to Hollywood, where they raised four boys—Larry, Bobby, Jimmy, and Ricky—and a daughter, Joy. They were blessed with 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Vickye was a successful local caterer and owned Hart’s Catering for 25 years.
Vickye was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Hart; two sons, Larry and Jimmy; her sister, Evelynn; her mother, Doris; and her stepfather, Eagle.
A celebration of her life will be held in her honor on Saturday, September 19, at 10 a.m. in Hollywood at Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home.

Vickye was loved by all who knew her, and she loved you all back.
A Committal Service will take place at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Gardens North., 3001 N 72nd Ave, Hollywood, FL 33024, US, on September 19, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
