Virginia Carolyn Kelly (Ginnie), 74, of Cooper City, passed away on September 18, 2026 in Hollywood, FL. Ginnie was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to Donald William Kelly Sr. and Dorothy Reany Kelly on April 28, 1952. She attended school in Newburgh, New York and Walpole, Massachusetts. She had many interests in her life. She worked as a 911 dispatcher for Broward County. She owned a flower shop in Davie, FL. She worked for Engle Homes for many years starting as a part-time office worker and working her way up to Manager of the Warranty Department for the East coast. She also loved horses, especially her horse Prince. Ginnie preceded in death by her father, Donald William Kelly Sr. and mother, Dorothy Reany Kelly. Ginnie is survived by fiancée Lawrence Bland; brothers Donald Kelly Jr. and spouse Sharon, Charles Kelly and spouse Leslie; sisters Janet Ladendorf, Colleen Jablonski and spouse Robert; Tracy Shults and spouse David; and many nieces and nephews. Ginnie was a favorite aunt to many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She loved to spend time and talk on face time with her family members, especially the children. She was a second mom to the whole family. She will be greatly missed. The funeral will take place on Friday, September 25, 2026, 10:00 a.m., Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood
