May 22, 1962 – February 13, 2026
With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Vivian Florencia Pastrana, who left this world on February 13, 2026, surrounded by her children and loved ones.
Born in Honduras on May 22, 1962, to her loving parents, Hernan and Belen Pastrana. Vivian was the youngest of nine children. She lived a life rooted in devotion to family and friends. She was a woman of extraordinary kindness, selflessness, and grit, whose presence filled every room with warmth and comfort. Her strength carried her through life’s challenges, and her gentle heart made everyone around her feel seen, heard, and cherished.
Vivian was an incredible and devoted mother to Jose, Manuel, and Vivian. She raised her children with unwavering love, sacrifice, and guidance, always putting their needs before her own. To her family, she was more than a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend — she was a steady hand in difficult times, a listening ear without judgment, and a constant source of unconditional love and support.
She will forever be remembered by her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and all whose lives were touched by her generous spirit.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in the countless memories Vivian gave us — the laughter shared, the music and dances that filled gatherings with joy, the lessons she taught through both words and example, and the quiet acts of love that will continue to ripple through our lives.
Services will be held at Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home – 6301 Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024 on February 19 at 5:00 PM. Burial services will be held at Graceland Memorial Park South – 13900 SW 117th Ave, Miami FL 33186 on February 20, at 12:00 PM.
Forever loved. Forever remembered.
