Wendolyn Muthuveeran

Sita (Wendy) was born on March 29th, 1949 to Ralph and Eileen Jaisierisingh in Wismar, Upper Demerara River, Guyana. She passed away on February 7th, 2022 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving husband, siblings, family and friends. 

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 11th, 2022 at Fred Hunter Funeral Home. Pastor John Moore of First Presbyterian Church of Coral Springs will be officiating. 

She was the wife of Ronald Muthuveeran. Sister of Derek, Dudley, Iris, Satti, Bonnie, Shavithri (Tabby), Jillian, Wendy, Brian, Linden (deceased). Aunty of Eon (deceased), Natasha, Nicky, Chevanna, Devin, Sorujani, Bobby, Debbie, Troy, Ravi, Rory, Amanda and Ralphie. Niece of Loreen Raghubir Singh and Norma Joseph. Sister in law of Rudy Insanally, Brenda Jaisierisingh, Anthony Bailey, Eddie Singh (deceased), Schabby Ramdas (deceased), Lilian, Vivian, Jean, Roy, Joe, Herman and Rene. Stepmother of Marlon and Justin (deceased). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kenny, Julian, Brandon and Alina.

Sita (Wendy) was trained as a nurse at Mackenzie Hospital in Guyana and worked at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and Georgetown Hospital. She migrated to the United Kingdom where she furthered her studies and worked for several years. Since many of her siblings are in the USA, she migrated here where she worked in Boston, New York and finally in Florida where she retired as a respected midwife and registered nurse.
