William Henry Etheridge Jr.

June 7, 1941- November 25, 2024

It is with heavy hearts, we are announcing the passing of our beloved father, who was taken from us on November 25th 2024, in Davie, Florida.

Born in Norfolk Virginia to William Henry Etheridge, Sr. and Connie Basham-Etheridge-Vernon, moved to Florida with his MOM and Step Father, Ray Vernon and sister Valerie.

He is survived by his two sisters. Valerie Etheridge-Shores and Patricia Etheridge-Hayes of Florida, his four children: Kimberley Marie Etheridge-Cain (partner, David Vincent Zawatski), Lisa Rene Etheridge-Santos (husband, Ret. Col. Joe Santos), William Henry Etheridge, III (wife, Regina Anne McCracken-Etheridge) and Kelly Joan Etheridge.

His Grand children: Major (select) Bianca Amelia Santos-Guion (husband, Jacquan Guion) Destiny Lynn Etheridge-Robles (husband, Mark Robles) Selena Maria Santos (partner, Bionca Shurelle-Campbell), James William Etheridge, Darien Lee Etheridge and Alyssa Corrin Etheridge. Great grand children: Azalea, Isaiah, James, Zariah and Willow.

He brought immeasurable Joy and light into all of our lives, with this kind heart bright smile and that unconditional love for his family and Country.

He was also known as Brother, William H. Etheridge, Jr. to his family in arms, he was a 32 degree Freemansonary, served for over 40 years, as Class Guidance. He was also a real estate agent, a food and beverage representative. He even dabbled in the construction industry. He was a Graduate of McArthur High School.

Services and Burial will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 1:00PM, Burial at 3:00PM at Fred Hunter's, Hollywood Memorial Gardens. 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024 (441 and Taft Street).
