

William Robert Flynn, age 94, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, entered into eternal rest on May 30, 2026. He was born on June 2, 1931, in Providence, Rhode Island.
William devoted his professional life to accounting, but his true passion was serving the Lord and sharing God's Word with others. A faithful servant of Christ, he served as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher for many years. His commitment to ministry extended far beyond the church walls through his involvement in prison ministry and nursing home ministry, where he faithfully brought encouragement, compassion, and the message of hope to countless individuals. His unwavering faith, gentle spirit, and dedication to serving others left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Above all, William was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He shared 70 loving years of marriage with his beloved wife, Elena Flynn, whose partnership and devotion were the cornerstone of their family.
William leaves behind his cherished wife, Elena Flynn; his daughters, Jeannine Sidoti and her husband Christopher Sidoti, and Carol Ann Tessitore; his sons, Robert Flynn and his wife Fran, Stephen Flynn and his wife Stephanie, and John Flynn and his wife Denise; his sister-in-law, Marie Epstein; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
William will be remembered for his steadfast faith, servant's heart, wisdom, kindness, and unwavering love for his family. While his presence will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in the promise of eternal life and rejoices in knowing that he is now in the presence of his Lord and Savior.
