Payne, William Samuel (Sam), 73, of Pompano Beach, FL, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015 at Ft. Lauderdale Health & Rehabilitation Center/Vitas Healthcare. He was born September 6, 1941 in Bowling Green, KY to William Edmund Jr. & Eliza Coakley (Cuthbertson) Payne. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 7:00 pm at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 4650 N. Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Healthcare, 5420 NW 33rd Ave., Suite 100, Ft.
