Bernard George Rohman

Bernard was born on July 29, 1933 in Peoria, IL the son of Alfred and Victoria Rohman who preceded him in death. He was united in marriage on September 18, 1979 in Phoenix, AZ to Violet Ward who preceded him in death on August 31, 2005. He was a veteran of the US Navy, serving from 1952 – 1956. In 2019, he retired from the City of Jefferson, Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry as a maintenance worker. Bernie was of the Christian faith and loved his family and spending time with them. He also enjoyed restoring and showing classic cars, tinkering in his garage, and fixing things. He was known to many as “Mr. Fix It” and there was not a task too big or too small that he would not tackle.

Survivors include: one son, Michael Rohman (Nancy) of New Bloomfield, MO; 8 step-daughters; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Rohman (Joanne Rohman).

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Debo Funeral Home in Holts Summit, MO. Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating.
