Levi is survived by his parents; grandparents, Leonard and Shirley Hodges of Holts Summit, Mo. and Chris and Nancy Stewart of Adrian, Mo.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at Debo Funeral Home in Holts Summit at 11 am on Saturday, June 25, 2011 with Reverend Jim Shaver officiating. Interment will follow in Summit Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the time of service. In lieu of customary donations, the family suggests memorials be made in Levi’s name to the March of Dimes, c/o Debo Funeral Home, PO Box 314, Holts Summit, Mo. 65043.
