Thanks Frank aka "ricitas" for all your smiles and your laughter!  YOU WILL BE MISSED!  Our prayers are with your family and may God continue to comfort them in this time of need.

It was an honor to know Frank.  I remember him as a good-hearted person who was always carrying a special smile.  Class of 90 will never forget him.  My thoughts and prayers are with the Estrada family.

I remember Frank well from high school in Puerto Rico... as some remember we were a very small class so luckily we all got to know each other. I remember he always had a HUGE smile on his face his HAIR was amazing! Yes HAIR!! It always seemed to be waving around in the island breeze as if to say hello! He was a proud pirate and played football with all of his heart. Recently he found me on facebook and I am thankful to take a peek into his life and see his family now and all the smiles. I send love and healing and wisdom to the hearts of his family and friends who knew him well... it is more than obvious he will be missed. Rest in love Frank... My brothers Van and Vincent Ortiz send their condolences as well. Your friend forever. Vivianne...

God Bless Frank.  Amazing that I had the opportunity to share sometime in our Highs School reunion, thank you for your service and being a great role model.  You will be missed, but never forgotten.

I barely knew Franco when we were teenagers in Puerto Rico, but he had an ever-ready smile and gentle ways. He was a gentleman. We had some good times hanging out. I'll never forget his smile.

Frank and I started our Air Marshal career the same time.  We were partners for three months straight and got to learn one other well. He was a great guy and became a great friend.  My prayers are with the Estrada family, friends and colleagues.  His smile was contagious and he kept you laughing,  May we all find comfort in Gods word,
