I cant believe its been a year. I miss you like crazy and think about you every day. You will always be my "Little Big Cousin".

John you touched so many lives, Keep up the good work you do. You will certainly be missed, but never forgotten. Easy resting, see you again one day.

So many memories come flooding back!  John may have had a short life, but he will live on in memories for a long time.  

I was proud of all my Scouts (still am), but John's quiet smile will always have a special place in my heart.  I remember the mischief John, Cary and Kelton used to get into along with the others, but secretly I always had to smile because they were getting to be what boys should be.   Well that and Karen got onto them enough for both of us!

I remember when he joined Cub Scouts, so did Karen, Susie, Tiffany, and even the uncle who got commandeered into the cake bakes.  And of course Miss Mackenzie who came along later.  Mark and I extend our sincerest condolences to the whole family, know that we were so very proud to have been a part of his life, and what a joy it was to see him grow into the fine young man he was.

Words could never express the love our family has for John ,to us he is one of our Sons . Troy and I are so proud of the man you have become . It seems like only yesterday you ,Jonathan and Jericho were in the front yard doing your boxing moves, Well we all know how that turned out.( Jonathan's nose has a bump in it now ) You  and Jonathan were always up to something ,like entering yourselves  in the Bull Riding School with out  any one knowing and then sending Troy and I pictures of you two on the bull ,saying guess what we are doing . While we were 400 miles away . I will never forget the love that you shared with Jonathan and Jericho, you truly are their brother . After all you and Jonathan are twins remember same birthdays. You will be greatly missed ,but your Love for Life will Live on in all of us . Your Mom could not have asked for a better Son than you, and neither could we.

I remember the very first buck off at the rodeo It was Him, Jon Hicks, and Myself on a team. We did pretty decent but he wanted to win so he ditched Jon and myself to join a team with some girls because he knew he had a better chance riding with girls.  Gonna miss Butterball.

John you were a fun guy to be around. You always had a smile on your face. You had so much going for you and you were so young. We are going to miss you so much buddy. But I know your up there in heaven guarding heavens gateway. We will meet again someday. You won't be forgotten. REST IN PEACE

You were just here fixing things and playing catch with my son because he wouldn't stop. Your face turned red when I asked you if you wanted one, we laughed. You leaving so soon changed my outlook. It was nice having you as a neighbor even for a few days. RIP

It is to hard to believe that you are not here. It seems just like yesterday you were my dj at the club and had every one dancing even momma g on the dance floor trying to learn the line dancing. Well now you can teach her the full dance I will miss your smile and how you always lit up a room when ever you walked in.I know you are dancing with the angels fly high Big J fly high. It's hard to put into words how great of a person and friend you were to me, my husband, and to so many. It warms my heart to see all the beautiful things that have been said about you, it's proof that you truly were an angel on Earth. Now, we all have a special angel looking down and protecting us.  I am so thankful for all the countless memories we have together, whether it was me cooking you breakfast almost every day one summer, our random drives, you passed out in my backseat after a long night, singing Taylor Swift songs (and then country classics of course), etc. I will forever cherish these moments. I wish I was able to be there to give you a proper goodbye. Travis and I will be thinking of you from Missouri.  We will love and miss you always.
