FREDRICK RHYNE, Mozelle, 88, was born in Fort Worth, Florida on November 23, 1923, went to heaven May 13, 2012. A stroke took her from us and delivered her to eternal life. Mozelle is survived by her husband, Boyce Rhyne, son, Gary (Joanne), daughter, Kathryn (Mike) and son, Mark (Linda). Six grandchildren, Stephanie, Scott, Nicholas, Christopher, Cary and Kelton. Six great grandchildren, Peyton, Jack, Ethan, Briana, Morgan and Kaya. And a large extended family of relatives and friends.
She is predeceased by husband, David Fredrick (1993) and son, Brian (1969).
Mozelle was from a Florida pioneer family raised in southwest Florida, moving to Homestead in August, 1941 to marry David Fredrick and raise four children in a loving, Christian home. David and Mozelle owned and operated Fredrick Shoe Shop in Homestead. They were blessed with 52 years of marriage.
After David’s passing, life seemed to be over for Mozelle, but the angel that she was, she was blessed yet again with love, Boyce. Boyce and Mozelle were married in August, 2004 for what has been a beautiful relationship for both of them.
Mozelle was a grand lady. She was beautiful, smart, saavy, honest and hard working. She was happiest with the simple things, a day fishing with the family, a picnic in the park or a ride in the country. Mozelle’s home was always warm and filled with love. She was the best cook in the world and presented many a scrumptious feast for the family. Her yard was always abloom with magnificent flowers and colorful foliage.
Her passing leaves all that knew her with a great loss, but we celebrate her life and know that she is at peace.
