Vara R. Hackett

Hackett, Vara Rheney passed away peacefully at home on Monday, September 15, 2014. Her daughter, Diane, was by her side. Vara, the daughter of William and Bertha Rheney and beloved sister of Anne R. Done, is survived by daughter, Diane R. Aman, grandcat, Bradley and son, Billy Aman. She is also survived by nephews Don "Moe" Done, Ralph Done, Cathy Done Humphries (Chuck)and niece Annie Done White. Vara's life is also celebrated by her loving childhood friends Charlotte Schmunk of Homestead and Ardele Price of Key West.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America, Alzheimer's Association and National Cancer Institute.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Branam Funeral Home in Homestead. Viewing between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 19 with services at Branam at 10 A.M on Saturday, September 20, Entombment at 11:30a.m Palms Woodlawn Cemetery, Naranja, Fl.
