in Birmingham, AL. She was a resident of Hoover and passed away
December 21, 2020 at Grandview Medical Center. She was a graduate of
John Carroll High School and the University of Montevallo. Anne completed her
Master's Degree and Advanced Certification at the University of Alabama Birmingham
Anne taught elementary school for 40 plus years, mostly with the Jefferson County School System.
Anne is preceded in death by her parents Sam and Marie Alfano and brother Charles Alfano.
She is survived by her Uncle Jim Alfano and Aunt Pat Rogato and many
cousins and friends.
A private Graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery
on Saturday January 2, 2021.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to be made to any no kill animal shelter or UNICEF.
