

Mrs. Ross was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Phi Mu. She earned her B.S. degree from Howard College (now Samford University) and her Master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Aubrey was a member of Independent Presbyterian Church for many years and was also a volunteer with the Angel Squad at Kirklin Clinic of UAB Hospital, an organization of women who had survived breast cancer supporting those with breast cancer. Thoughtful and kind, Aubrey always put others before herself.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Ross (Stephanie); her sister, Rusty Kirkpatrick; her daughter in law, Tracie Noles-Ross; and by her two granddaughters, Zaida Noles-Ross and Calliope Noles-Ross.
Friends are cordially invited to gather for a reception with the family on Wednesday, the 9th of November, from eleven o’clock in the morning until one o’clock in the afternoon at Ridout’s Valley Chapel in Homewood. Private burial will follow in the family section of Crestwood Memorial Cemetery in Gadsden, Alabama.
