Belinda Marie Nix

Belinda Marie Nix, age 60, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Belinda was born on November 28, 1964 to the late Leon Nix and Faye Nix Helms. She was a graduate of West End High School in Walnut Grove, AL. She enjoyed her family, antique shopping, deer hunting, play pool with the "Goofballs" and especially yelling "ROLL TIDE" while watching Bama play.

Belinda was preceded in death by her parents, her aunt Phyllis Alldredge and her brother Ken Nix.

She is survived by her children: Angela Isbell (Adam) and Eric Helms (Katie), her grandchildren Kayli, Keelan, Colt, and Lilah, her siblings: Pam Dodd, Anita Massey (Jeff), Barry Collier, Ashley Kidd (Marshall), Ben (Denise) Thackerson and Tammy (Garland) Brock and her aunt and uncle Linda and Gerald Blankenship. Left also to treasure the memory of BEM BEM, as she was affectionately known by, her nieces and nephews: Kendra, Jennifer, Brock, Paige, Justin, Addison, Charley, Brooke, Lauren and Hailey, and her great nieces and nephews: Brooklyn, Nate, Kennedi, Kenzli, Jax, Bennett, Kentli, Jolene.

A memorial service honoring Belinda will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Morton's Chapel Church in Walnut Grove, AL
