Charles Arbuckle, III, 58 of Chattanooga and formerly of Birmingham, AL passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015 in a local hospital. He was the son of the late Charles C. and Jean Arbuckle of Birmingham, AL. Charles is survived by his sister, and brother-in-law, Elaine and Henry Teel; nephew, David Teel and niece Elizabeth Floyd. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 4:30 until 6:00 p.m. at Ridout's Valley Chapel. A graveside service will be Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama
