David was preceded in death by his father Robert Sydney Cartledge, his grandparents Hugh and Beatrice Vance and Reginald and Vera Cartledge. He is survived by his mother Geraldine Cartledge and his brother Sydney (Debbie) Cartledge.
Visitation will be held at Ridout's Valley Chapel on July 27, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, with the funeral service following at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials in memory of David be made to the American Heart Association.
