Frances Barker

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ida Saba, by her husband Loys Q. "Jack" Barker all her

brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Dona Barker Hill (Pat)

of the home, Peggy Tanimoto (Daniel) of McMinnville, OR., and Johnnie Gee (Dona)

of Winston-Salem, NC; by her grandchildren Helen Hill, Denver, CO., and Steven

Hill (Sandra), Birmingham,AL.; and by her great grandchild, Alexandra Hill,

Denver, CO. Frances was a long and faithful member of Capitol Hill Baptist

Church, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she was employed for many years as Church

Hostess, prior to moving to Hoover. Since 1997, she has belonged to Hunter

Street Baptist Church where she was active in the Joyful Singers Choir and other

senior activities. Funeral services will be at 11:00am, Saturday, March 9, in

the Chapel at Hunter Street Baptist Church, preceded by Visiting Service at

10:00am. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The

family asks that memorial donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Senior

Adult Ministries, Hunter Street Baptist Church.
