I was one of the fortunate ones to be in Mrs Brown's Love Sunday School class in the 80's.   She was the epitome of a lady and one of the sweetest  and dearest ladies I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I had the benefit of knowing both Mr. and Mrs. Brown as an employee of South Central Bell and as a member of Mountain Brook Baptist Church. I was blessed to be in the Sunday School class she taught and am thankful that I was able to reconnect with her in recent years when our son was a student at Samford.  She was the epitome of graciousness whose Christian influence will live on in her family and friends.

I have wonderful memories of Frances Brown. Love and sympathy to her special family.

I truly loved your father, Ben, and your mother from the first time I met them in 1972.  The last time I saw Frances was in an ice cream shop in Mt Brook Village years ago, but she was as pretty as always and so sweet.
My heart goes out to each of you with her death, but as I read when my mother died: "To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die" and I KNOW your mother will live on in many, many hearts.
