Frances Scott Goodhew

Frances Scott Goodhew, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 18, 2015. She was a graduate of Samford University and a member of Kappa Delta, a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Above all Frances was a loyal member of Third Presbyterian Church a loving wife, mother, and prayer warrior for many.

Frances is preceded in death by her mother Sarah Watson Scott and her father Owen Myers Scott. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Dixon Goodhew, two sons Dixon Scott Goodhew and Frank Watson Goodhew, brother Owen Myers Scott Jr. (Elanor), and nephew Owen Myers Scott III, the many Sisters in Christ that she enjoyed studying God’s Word with .

Visitation for Frances will be Thursday, May 21,2015 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Third Presbyterian Church, a memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM. A reception will follow the service in the fellowship hall at Third Presbyterian Chruch.
