He lived in the Mountain Brook/Crestline area his entire life. He attended Shades Valley High School and Darlington High School in Rome, Georgia. He was a proud University of Alabama graduate, and a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank M. Taylor Sr and Julia Mae Watkins Taylor. He is survived by several cousins. Per his wishes there will be no services.
