Fred Randall "Randy" O'Neill, age 63, of Birmingham died on December 14, 2012. Mr. O'Neill is survived by sons, Kelby O'Neill (Bradley), Kyler O'Neill (Lane); grandchildren, James and Caroline O'Neill, Riley and Levi O'Neill; mother, Mrs. Robert R. Mac Donald; brother, Danny O'Neill(Shirley); step brother, Bruce MacDonald (Robin); step sisters, Marcia Jacobs (Craig)and Sue Darby (Barry); former wife and best friend, Irene O'Neill. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, December 19, 2012 from 5 until 7 at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood. A private graveside service will be held on Thursday at Alabama National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to your local Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
