Harold Lloyd Bahr, age 92 of Birmingham, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015. He was born April 5, 1923 to the late August William and Minnie Lee Bahr. Harold joined the United States Army Air Corps in November 1942 and served until February 22, 1952.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife Edna Louise Bahr. He is survived by his sons: William Gregory Bahr (Jane) and James Michael Bahr (Karla); his grandchildren: Ashley Bahr Pfeiffer (Coby), Jeffery Bahr (Ashley), Christopher Bahr (Ashley), Lauren Bahr Marefka (Adam) and Leslie Bahr and his great grandchildren: Avery Pfeiffer and Louis Bahr.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the Funeral Service following at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Ridout’s Valley Chapel in Homewood. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
