I lived next door to Harry.  I left and went my way years ago.  But no matter where I was in the world, I always thought about Harry and the Hart family.  I am so sad to hear this news.  I loved the Hart family.  I could not have asked for better childhood friends.  I remember so many fun things.  Building an igloo in the front yard of their house with Harry.  Playing football, baseball, you name it.  I just find it hard to believe that he is gone.  Frankly shocked that I am still here and he is gone.  I know that you can never go back, but Harry thanks for the many  memories.  So many good memories.  I just wish we both had had more time.  God bless you and your family, may we meet again one day. I had the good fortune of working with Harry for five years.  We often shared our love of cars and our children.  Harry always gave his best.  He was Fun and optimistic in the face of adversity.

No words can  completely express my sadness for the  loss of  Harry. Heather, he truly loved you and Aurora and Harriet, we all feel your pain. There will always be an empty "spot" in all of our "Blue Monkey family's" hearts.

I have such fond memories of both "Harry and Harriet" from Speas Elementary all the way through high school.  Harry was a class act and a good guy.  We are all diminished by his passing.

I knew Harry from Maple Springs MYF. He was the life of the party. One time he brought the Maltese Falcon movie to my mom's house and a crowd sat around and loved it. He was so about making sure people around him were having a good time.I am so sorry for your loss.

Please know that Harry's family are in my prayers.  I always enjoyed catching up with him at RJR reunions.  Great guy!

I recently moved away from Birmingham and was heart broken when I heard of Harry's passing. He was such a nice guy and always made me and my friends laugh. He will truly be missed!  I pray that God will bless family and friends with peace in this hard time.

I'm so sorry to hear. I knew Harry longer than anyone besides my family. He was born a few doors away in Winston-Salem. I was a Den Chief for his mother's Cub Scout pack, went to school with Harry and Harriet, played football with Harry, and knew the family well. Great guy.

Harry (and Harriet) were high school friends but were cemented in my heart as lovely sweet people. Harry was fun, full of mischief and will be missed. I am praying for your family's peace.

I met Harry through adult league soccer.  He was a good man that also helped me with the youth soccer program in Irondale, Al.  I remember Harry for his easy demeanor, helpful spirit and the Triumph TR6 that he drove. I am sorry for your loss.

To Harry's family...I can feel your pain and sorrow.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  I felt like Harry was a son to our family.  He went with us on vacation to the beach, to our family reunions in South Carolina, to MYF at Trinity UMC and spent lots of time at our home. My deepest sympathy to Harry's family he will be dearly missed.  I knew Harry through work at KeyCorp in Cleveland, Ohio and always enjoyed our chats about music and the Diners, Drive Ins and Dives show.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Harry Hart.  It was such a pleasure to have known him.  He was excited about introducing me to his family.  I am so thankful that I did get to meet them and more on Tuesday night at the Blue Monkey. I will miss him greatly.  He was truly one-of-a-kind.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Harry's family.  I knew Harry thru working with him when I supported Securities Lending at KeyCorp.  I talked to him alot on the phone and what I remember most besides his knowledge of the system was his deep love for his daughter, his family and his passion for life thru soccer and his frustration and love for his MG sports car.  He would tell me about his family reunions and spending time at the beach with his daughter.  You could tell how much he loved his family and enjoyed those times.  I know he will be missed, but take comfort in knowing he loved you all.
