Mrs. Helen M. Chamberlain, age 86, of Fairfield, Al died on August, 2012. She is survived by her sons, George Larry Chamberlain and Timothy Chamberlain; daughter, Lacey Chamberlain - Simmons and grandchidren, Derrick Simmons, Jr. and Dertrick Simmons. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood from 10 until 11 followed by a funeral service at 11. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
