Jackie Len London

Jack London born May 14, 1948, in Booneville, Mississippi to Leonard and Edith London, entered into eternal rest June 13, 2022. Jack is survived by his brother Mark London (Lynn) of Orlando, FL, nephew Zac London (Brittany) of Winter Park, FL, great nephews Brayden and Maverick, niece Heather Garrison (Wyatt) of Apopka, FL and great nephew dog Fynn. He was predeceased by his father Leonard and mother Edith.

Jack lived a life of Civil Service, serving in the Alabama National Guard, retiring from the Vestavia Hills Police Department in 2000 then retiring from the Birmingham District Attorney’s Office in 2021.

Jack was an avid aviator spending any time possible in the air. He enjoyed playing golf, spending time at the beach and lake outings with the family. He also enjoyed word puzzles. Jack lived for Alabama football. Jack was a member of The Church of the Highlands.

The family will receive friends at The Church of the Highlands located at 4700 Highlands Way, Birmingham, AL 35210 on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at half past ten o'clock in the morning with a memorial service following at eleven o'clock the morning.
