Lord, help us to understand our last moments not as the end of our earthly dreams and hopes but as a glorious new beginning, entering into the joy and peace of your abiding presence.
Rest in Peace Karen.

So sorry to hear of Karen's death, and to get the news too late to attend the services. She was the first to call permanent "shot-gun seat" in my '57 Ford convertible, and she was my roommate our freshman year at Auburn. We of the "lunch bunch" group have been amazed at the effort she put forth to be with us, and we have enjoyed her company and that of her wonderful "assistants." Condolences to her large family and special thoughts to "Georgie." Ann Barber Haggard
