Kathryn Hoehn Collier

She was born November 30, 1928 to the late Charles Archibald and Hilga Lorene Hoehn.

Mrs. Collier started her working career in the mail room at Loveman’s. After leaving there she was a secretary at TCI/US Steel, where she met the love of her life James B. Collier, Jr. She then was office manager at 3 area nursing homes, secretary at Cathedral of St. Paul and bookkeeper at Alpha Church Supply. Mrs. Collier was Lady Commander with Star for the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem.

Mrs. Collier was preceded in death by her husband James B. Collier, Jr.; sisters Betty Jane Neumann and Margaret Rose Hoehn and her brother Charles William Hoehn. She is survived by her sons James B. Collier, III and Robert P. Collier (Mishan); and sister Mary Anne Wilson (Bill).

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic church from 9 until 11:00 a.m. with the funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor.
