Mrs. Johnstone was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Johnstone, Sr. and her parents, Sarah and John Rigney. She is survived by her sons: James Johnstone, Jr., David Johnstone, Michael Johnstone, Christopher Johnstone and John Johnstone, Sr.; her daughters: Kay Matheson, Carol Wheelock and Jan Wingo. She is also survived by her 27 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 26th beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the Funeral Mass beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials in memory of Mary Elizabeth be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church.
